The one that grumbles and complains will seek and find only pain, even in the midst of experiencing pleasures - those that have found and kept contentment and peace within themselves will feel its soothing touch, even in the midst of a living nightmare.
It is the strength of the mind, the persistence and patience of an endearing heart - the faith of a faithful soul, the confidence of a true devotee, and the wisdom of the one that lives only in God's presence, with God's Will, for God's sake, alone, that will find the stability and balance to stay still in the rockiest of worldly storms.
