Be fearless.
Do not be afraid
even if a thunderbolt
were to land on your head.
Death comes
only once and not twice.
It is bound to come
on one day or the other.
So, do not be afraid of death.
Be ready for anything.
Do not be afraid to follow Truth.
Fill your life with Love.
Only then will your life be sanctified.
from a divine source
Health is inclusive of all in all that is in us, visible or invisible. Achieving total health and happiness is possible for all those who earns and wills it. When we have health, we have hope, when we have hope, we have life. It's our utmost duty to maintain balanced body, mental, emotion and spirit and persist to be whole and intimately connected. Prevention is much better, cheaper and smarter than cure. Understand that this is the only race where all humans should be winners!

The great question of all questions...
The great question of all questions
at the present time is this:
Taking for granted that the known
and the knowable are bounded on both
sides by the unknowable and the infinitely unknown,
why struggle for that infinite unknown?
Why shall we not be content with the known?
Why shall we not rest satisfied with eating,
drinking and doing a little good to society?
This idea is in the air.
From the most learned professor
to the prattling baby, we are told
to do good to the world, that is all of religion,
and that it is useless to trouble ourselves about
questions of the beyond.
So much is this the case
that it has become a truism.
But fortunately we must
inquire into the beyond.
This present, this expressed,
is only one part of that unexpressed.
The sense universe is,
as it were, only one portion,
one bit of that infinite spiritual
universe projected into the plane
of sense consciousness.
How can this little bit
of projection be explained,
be understood, without knowing that which is beyond?

Lead a happy and peaceful life...
Always be happy and peaceful.
Live like members of the same family
with love and affection.
Do not be weighed down by
petty difficulties and suffering.
Do not give scope to any worry.
Even if your wife or children
suffer from a disease, do not get perturbed.
Go back to your places with firm faith that
everything will turn out to be good.
Lead a happy and peaceful life.
There is no medicine more efficacious than love.
That is the most powerful medicine.

Heart diseases are always due to 'hurry, curry and worry!'....
We should never eat indiscriminately.
Steam boiled food is very much conducive
to our health whereas people prefer fast foods
where crisp and hot oil fried items are supplied
with hot side dishes.
Though it may be attractive
to the tongue and nose, it spoils our health.
Why rush to the Doctor when we can prevent
such problems with our 'simple food habits".
Hence always eat 'steam boiled food" and
do not go for "oil fried items. It has also been
emphasized that heart diseases are due to
"hurry, curry and worry".
We can definitely avoid all the above and lead a healthy life
