Benefits of meditation.. One need not to be reminded again and again as how to relax our body, mind, spirit... WE ARE NO ROBOTS... Everybody knows that but few follow... our state of health so much depends on how much repair and revitalizing ways on and to our body and mind or emotion or spirit.. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF, SICKNESS WILL TAKE RULE OF YOU.. sooner or later...then one starts to regret.. RELAX AND REVIVE...through meditation.. it is actually the reflecting of all things in and around you...
