Health is inclusive of all in all that is in us, visible or invisible. Achieving total health and happiness is possible for all those who earns and wills it. When we have health, we have hope, when we have hope, we have life. It's our utmost duty to maintain balanced body, mental, emotion and spirit and persist to be whole and intimately connected. Prevention is much better, cheaper and smarter than cure. Understand that this is the only race where all humans should be winners!

The wholeness is the sigh of divinity..What is the difference between the perception of a scientist and a spiritualist (sage) regarding God's creation?
Take, for instance, a handful of sand from seashore in a plate. The scientists can determine its place and country or origin by examining its color, weight, etc. But the sages do not think in this manner. They say that it is God's creation and God's maya (delusion). Thus, there is a gulf of difference between the perceptions of the scientists and the sages. Science is like a semi-circle. It starts at some place and ends at some other place. It is not a perfect whole. But spirituality ends at the same point from where it begins. It is a full circle. The wholeness is the sign of Divinity.
