Now, which one is proper and correct? Which pyramid? Please read....
There is no specific food pyramid for one same person. Let's look into details. A family whereby there is a sick grandmother, an aged grandfather, working parents [one in office, another in the field], an adolescent, two growing babies and a pregnant relative will need to follow at least 6 different food pyramid.
And a vegetarian's food pyramid is different again. Thus we follow a food pyramid according to our age, our needs and our budget. Some people in this world are so poor that they could not afford to eat right! Where is there this chance to choose the right food? They can just eat to fill their stomach only...
