I totally agree to this.. HONESTY IS A VERY EXPENSIVE GIFT.. DO NOT EXPECT IT FROM CHEAP PEOPLE...

All of us are given responsibilities to PROTECT OUR PLANET EARTH, OUR HABITAT and NATURAL RESOURCES... be kind to NATURE and MOTHER NATURE will be kind to us too... do away with power, fame and greed for money... manipulating is harming..

Not just to think about ourselves or families.. but all living things for now or for the future... We come to live and to protect... we come to enjoy and to share good things...

PUT THINGS RIGHT, BE IT HEALTH, WEALTH, BEAUTY OR PLANET EARTH.... we do things safe and always on the work on prevention and precaution....

Learning is the beginning of everything... Our brain opens when fed with ideas....

Caution.. don't sleep on too high pillows... this habit will make our backbones bend.. The rib cage will be so pressed that it will affect our lungs from functioning well.... it will cause us difficulty in breathing...take note... Moreover, we won't be able to stand straight...

BEST PILLOW? something that will strongly support our neck but gently rest our heads... good sleep is necessary for a great next day..

This one can do.. it helps relax our necks... it is wise to use a good pillow instead of using it when our necks pain... My pillow is some how different.. I buy a pillow, cut out a hollow in the middle of the pillow and stitch it up again... the hollow will give us space as not to put too much stress on our lymphatic system behind our ears and just nice to rest our heads..

Our pillows should be re-designed... this one is a better shaped one which supports our neck and not stressing our heads...
