Improper cooking methods
We all know that improper cooking methods will deplete important nutrients. High heat destroys many important vitamins required for our daily metabolism. Some fragile vitamins like Vitamin B and C are water soluble and easily washed away during preparations and storage. Too many a times, we are just eating useless, tasteless stuff that contains no nutrition at all. when in such a situation, where can we obtain those nutrients necessary for survival?
