This is the most common WRONG 'food pyramid' that modern people EAT...



















Check your refrigerator, your food storage compartment, your cold storage... these are those foods so commonly found in them instead of fresh vegetables and fruits or natural foods...

Processed foods make up at least half of our wrong diet and every package comes so colorful and inviting that when shopping, will soon fill up his or her trolley with all the above foods. We pay for the food we buy, but at the end of the day, we pay a huge price to buy back health.... sometimes irreversible....
