For those people who are in deep suffering and pain.. yes, we sympathize and pray for speedy recovery.. but most important is that the sufferer must know that 'our body can be weak, but not our spirit'. uplift our spirit, be fearless, be with strong faith... our body is just in temporary suffering and in pain BUT OUR SPIRIT IS WELL AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION...

Be strong...

In reality, the STRONGEST people are the ones who feel it, understand it and accept it..

YOU NEVER KNOW HOW STRONG YOU ARE UNTIL BEING STRONG IS THE ONLY CHOICE YOU HAVE....

Say no to negatives... say no to impossibles... say no to difficulties.... say no to failures... failures are just yet to be successful...

I used to tell many people about this... THE BODY CAN BE WEAK, BUT NOT OUR SPIRIT..here I continue.. IF THE SPIRIT IS STRONG, OUR BODY WILL SOON BE STRONG.. Healing is only complete when both body and spirit are STRONG..
