Fried kuey teow... but the one I fried has more vegetables than the kuey teow...3824..means 3 meals, each with 8 types of food, totalling 24

I have green onions, green leek, bean sprouts, chillies, garlic, eggs, fish balls, prawns, squids and sometimes small shreds of chicken meat to add into just 250 gm of kuey teow. It makes quite a nice mixture of vegetables, carbohydrate and some protein there... and best of all, my children likes it very much.

This is the easiest food to prepare to have only one dish to provide more than 10 different foods. Nutritionists mention about eating at least 24 different types of food daily, one meal with at least 8 types of food.

The kuey teow above that I myself fry has now at least 8 types of food. 3 meals multiply by 8 equals to 24. Add generously those vegetables... to provide variety of food that will definitely provides more nutrition.
