WE studied the 7 classes of food while in school. I can still remember. In our country, our students study them while they are in form two. Are they to be studied for the sake of studying?
What are they?
Have we forgotten them?
"Nothing needs to be too much, but we must not miss out anything!" Keep a balanced diet! It works miracles!
Don't tell me that our car only needs petroleum and dont need the brake oil or any water!!!
Have a look at what you are eating! Don't eat for the sake of eating!
Health is inclusive of all in all that is in us, visible or invisible. Achieving total health and happiness is possible for all those who earns and wills it. When we have health, we have hope, when we have hope, we have life. It's our utmost duty to maintain balanced body, mental, emotion and spirit and persist to be whole and intimately connected. Prevention is much better, cheaper and smarter than cure. Understand that this is the only race where all humans should be winners!
