Disciplining while eating is also a 'tao' of health. Our stomach needs the fuel but not to be overloaded. Too much of anything is never too good. When one keeps on eating bulk food, our stomach becomes enlarged.
Over stuffing overload their work! The stomach has not finished its work, so it passes to the small intestine, it cannot do its work proper and passes it to the large intestine.
Well, they will start complaining.... The whole digestive system will be at stack!
Think twice..... do you need all that food or are you greedy?
Health is inclusive of all in all that is in us, visible or invisible. Achieving total health and happiness is possible for all those who earns and wills it. When we have health, we have hope, when we have hope, we have life. It's our utmost duty to maintain balanced body, mental, emotion and spirit and persist to be whole and intimately connected. Prevention is much better, cheaper and smarter than cure. Understand that this is the only race where all humans should be winners!
