Dr. Ding said.. For people over fifty, eating 2 meals is best to keep fit.. He is advising us to be kind to our body organs.. they need rest too...

Especially not to eat before sleep..
To let them rest is to take good care..
To let them finish their work before another..

Most sicknesses are due to overeating..
Overeating the wrong foods and drinks..
Thus, prevention is more wiser I said..
