Read and understand more about gallstones... prevention is much cheaper and safer than cure...

Here is another great article on gallstones.. from ehow health...

Gallbladder stones are formed in the gallbladder and are sometimes lodged in its tube ducts. The gallbladder is a small pear-shaped organ attached to the liver, which concentrates and stores bile. Bile is a digestive fluid continually released from the liver to break down fat and acid in half digested foods.

Gallbladder stones are mostly made up of cholesterol. When you consume too much cholesterol, compounds in the bile crystallize in the gallbladder, creating small, hard rocks called gallstones.

Learn how to lower your cholesterol in order to naturally dissolve and pvent gallstones..

  1. Take ascorbic acid[vitamin C] tablets. Ascorbic acid converts cholesterol to bile acids. With less cholesterol level and more bile acids, the gallstones will naturally dissolve slowly. You can take Vitamin C supplements as well as foods rich in Vitamin C such as oranges, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and broccoli.
  2. Consume lecithin supplements. Lecithin is a lipid substance that acids in the breakdown of fat molecules from food and helps dissolve and prevent the formation of gallstones. Aside from lecithin supplements, eat foods that are rich in lecithin including tofu, lentils and grains.
  3. After your diet, reduce or eliminate the consumption of fried and fatty foods such as meat products and pastries. These types of foods are saturated in unhealthy cholesterol. The faster you lessen or eliminate your intake of these foods, the faster your liver can balance out the cholesterol levels, which in turn will dissolve any gallstones and prevent ones from forming.
  4. Drink 12 glasses of clean water every day. Water plays a vital role in dissolving gallstones. Since our body is made of mostly water, it is important that you maintain the balance of cells, enzymes and hormones. Water flushes out toxins through sweat, including unwanted cholesterol, which in turn dissolves the gallstones.
  5. Eat food rich in fiber. Fiber binds cholesterol, bile and fatty acids together to form stool. It makes the stool bulkier and assists transporting cholesterol out of your body as waste, thereby slowly breaking down any gallstones in the gallbladder. Foods rich in fiber include oatmeal, wheat bread, corn and figs.

A gallbladder flush...

A Gallbladder Flush is an attempt to expel gallstones from the gallbladder typically through the use of oil. There is not much it. But hucksters will charge you up to $99 for this free information. (we do not endorse these methods)

1. Drink apple juice and eat only vegetables prior to cleanse
2. Empty Bowels.
3. Drink olive-oil and lemon juice hour before bed.
4. Lie down for up to 20 minutes
5. Repeat until ~ 1 cup of oil and juice has been drunk.
6. Then sleep on you right side.
7. In morning drink teaspoon non iodized salt per 2 cups water.
8. Drink lots of water rest of day.
That's it! And unlike your gallstones your $99 is gone.

Green tea... stimulates fat digestion in the gallbladder...

Green Tea

Green tea is a tea that is light in color from incomplete fermentation of the leaf before firing. It is usually brewed and drunk as a beverage. Green tea extracts can be a simple gallstone remedy. Green tea stimulates fat digestion in the gallbladder and increases bile evacuation from the gallbladder, thereby preventing gallstones from forming...

Herbs to dissolve gallstones... milk thistle

Milk thistle, a flowering herb native to the Mediterranean region, is sometimes recommended for gallstone and gallbladder disease; however, much is unknown still about its dissolving effect on gallstones. The seeds and leaves of milk thistle have been shown to desaturate bile, a fluid made by the liver, and induce gallstone dissolution, according to the New York University Langone Medical Center website. Milk thistle possesses little or no toxicity and does not produce side effects even when administered repeatedly in large doses.

Herbs are still best for all types of treatment...Be closer to Mother Nature.. God endows with great plants for all purposes.. DO YOUR HOMEWORK...

Whether you have gallbladder disease, gallstones or other stressors on your gallbladder, certain herbs may help. Herbs like milk thistle, dandelion, turmeric, peppermint and artichoke leaf all help to support the gallbladder in different ways. Some also improve liver function. However, certain herbs that help your gallbladder to expel gallstones may be particularly risky, because the gallstones may become lodged in your bile ducts and rupture. As with any herbal remedy, you must consult your physician before beginning an herbal regimen.

Milk Thistle

If you have gallbladder problems such as gallstones, taking milk thistle extract may help. Milk thistle in capsule or tablet form may help to prevent gallstones, says the University of Michigan Health System. One study found that taking 420 mg of the silymarin contained in milk thistle daily helps to decrease the cholesterol levels in bile, which helps to prevent gallstones from forming. To support your liver and gallbladder, the University of Maryland Medical Center recommends taking 80 mg to 160 mg of standardized milk thistle seed extract two to three times daily.

Peppermint

If you have gallstones, peppermint oil may help to dissolve them, says the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Preliminary medical studies have found that taking peppermint or other essential plant oils helps to dissolve gallstones over the course of several months and can provide increased gallbladder benefits when taken with the prescription medication chenodeoxycholic acid, notes the University of Michigan Health System.

Artichoke

An extract taken from the leaves of the globe artichoke may help to support the gallbladder and liver, notes the University of Maryland Medical Center. In Germany, artichoke leaf is prescribed as an herbal remedy for gallbladder pain associated with gallstones. Artichoke leaf may help the gallbladder to contract and push out the gallstones, explains the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. To support gallbladder function, take 250 mg to 500 mg two to three times per day of standardized globe artichoke extract.

Turmeric

Taking 300 mg three times daily of standardized turmeric extract may help to support your liver and gallbladder, says the University of Maryland Medical Center. Like artichoke extract, turmeric works to expel gallstones from the gallbladder. Turmeric is also used in Germany for gallbladder pain, notes the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dandelion

Dandelion is yet another herb that helps to treat gallbladder pain related to gallstones. Dandelion root contains bitter compounds that stimulate bile production in the gallbladder, explains the University of Michigan Health System. Dandelion may also help the body in processing fats, which helps to support the gallbladder and liver.

The gall stones in gallbladder...

There are really hard stones sometimes plenty with different sizes.. this is just a drawing of it, the real photo, am not showing...

In some people, stones develop inside of the gallbladder. These stones, when small can become lodged in the bile duct which can cause severe pain and be very dangerous if they also clog the pancreatic duct.

Larger stones are not able to pass into the bile duct, but their presence can cause severe pain. Sometimes this is worse when the gallbladder is contracting... Some people had their gallbladder removed but it is still not the best way with unknown side effects if there is...

What is the bile/gallbladder?

The gallbladder has one purpose only, to store bile, which helps digest fats in the small intestine. But bile can become concentrated and thicken.

Eventually, bile salts can combine with cholesterol to form stones, gallstones are composed of a combination of crystallized cholesterol deposits or calcium crystals ionized with bilrubin. These stones can block the flow of bile from the gallbladder, this is typically manifested as pain in the upper right quadrant of the abdomen.

Here, am writing some articles on gallbladder.. and about gall stones... What is the function of our gallbladder?

The gall bladder is a small bladder that stores gall. Gall is more commonly known as bile. Bile is produced by the liver and piped over to the gallbladder via the bile duct.
