It is of great importance that we practice PROPER BREATHING... as WATER IS TO FISH, AIR IS FOR ALL.. without it, we will all die...

Relaxing can come in many forms.... but one cannot relax fully without proper breathing...

Relaxing can be in many forms..
- listening to your favorite music
- doing sauna
- massaging
- sight-seeing
- at the beaches
- morning walk
- morning jogging
- reflexology
- aromatherapy
- colortherapy
- having a breather
- involving your hobbies
- involving your favorites
the lists continues...
DO THEM WITH PROPER BREATHING TO GET OPTIMUM RESULTS...

Make it a habit to deep breathe constantly... even while talking, jogging, working...relax by breathing deep and long.... and influence more people on the importance of proper breathing...

Remember how our baby brothers or sisters breathe while sleeping...  Their abdomen will be rising up and down and in deep slumber... so relaxing and natural...

So, if you too want to try breathing abdominal ways, put a book on top of your abdomen and breathe in and out.. Well, if the book is moving up and down as you heave in and out.. then you are on the right track...

DO IT FOR BETTER HEALTH... SO BE HAPPIER AND HEALTHIER...


There are 3 types of breathing... shallow breathing, lung breathing and deep abdominal breathing[below the navel]

Shallow breathing [not healthy]
- breathless and reckless
- asthma symptom
- it means difficulty in breathing
- lack of oxygen
- easily tired/sleepy
- lack of energy
- poor health
- pale and easily agitated 

Lung breathing [ just surviving]
- is normal breathing
- moderate health
- just enough of everything

Deep abdominal breathing [healthy breathing for good health]
- slow deep long breathing
- better health
- better energy
- full of life and active
- higher resistance to stress
- can relax and de-stress
-  brain gets more oxygen
- no asthma
- enhance longevity 

GO FOR DEEP ABDOMINAL BREATHING..

Breathing.. 142..42..42...42.....CONTINUE FOR 15 MINUTES...DO IT EVERYDAY..

Not only those busy people need to breathe properly..
Everyone of us try out this way of breathing
and all of us will be so much feeling better and
much more energetic and feeling finer....

15 minutes breathing exercise...in the morning and before sleep...

BREATHLESS...? Use 142.. exhale first, then breathe in and exhale.. continue breathe in and out for 15 mins..

Most tense and focused workers of today work too hard, and almost forgot to breathe.. Most of the time, they will be feeling breathless, neglecting one of the MOST IMPORTANT ACTIVITY everyman have to do...

Listen...
Breathlessness will cause...
- dizziness
- fatigue
- easily stressed
- poor health
- no energy
- poor metabolism
and many other complications due to poor blood circulation where oxygen is concerned..

Just be breathing normal and deeply, our health will be so much improved..

HOW TO BREATHE...
[a] empty the air by exhaling first[1]
[b] breathe slowly and deeply and keep[4]
[c] exhale the used air..[2]

This is what I call 142..and continue with 42...42....42... for at least 15 minutes..
One(1) refers to 10 seconds.. so, it means to exhale, use 1[10 seconds], to breathe in use 4[10seconds], and exhale using 2[10 seconds]. and continue...
