Jealousy is only an expression
that depicts one's own dissatisfaction
with himself.
One would want to grab another's joy,
only when he finds no joy within him.
However much time one may
visit another's palace of comforts,
he will only need to return to the
peace of his own home, for there is
where he belongs and there is where
lies his security and love.
The one whose mind dwells in
another's home, has already
destroyed his very own.
The one that desires to wear
the shoes of another, will, himself,
suffer the discomfort of its size
and will handicap his walk by
imprisoning his feet in the untrue sole (soul).
Health is inclusive of all in all that is in us, visible or invisible. Achieving total health and happiness is possible for all those who earns and wills it. When we have health, we have hope, when we have hope, we have life. It's our utmost duty to maintain balanced body, mental, emotion and spirit and persist to be whole and intimately connected. Prevention is much better, cheaper and smarter than cure. Understand that this is the only race where all humans should be winners!

As the wounds of jealousy get more infected, one begins to react to its pain by depicting more aggressiveness and less compassion...
The barrier of jealousy inhibits
one to live the life of moderation.
This race of competitiveness
pushes all love behind, dismisses
all gratitude, tears up all sympathy,
secreting within an acid that burns
any response from the heart,
allowing the mind to whip
upon you its bruises of pride.
As the wounds of jealousy
get more infected, one begins
to react to its pain by depicting
more aggressiveness and less compassion.
This fire has consumed the hours of rest,
it has pinched from one his sense of satisfaction,
it has given one only the disease of restless thoughts
and has taken away the identity of humanness,
leaving one to be the animal that stands
on its two feet of desperate desire and
constant unfulfillment.
A need will only be fulfilled but
the "want" of another's "need"
will never satiate or appease the eye
that burns in worldly wakefulness.
Know that when one is thirsty,
water is his only need - any other
cold drink will only salute the fancy
of his taste buds, quenching little or no thirst.

What is jealousy?
Jealousy is that silent poison in
one's food that remains tasteless at first,
letting one enjoy the flavor of the food
in complete ignorance of its deceitful presence -
but once it is ingested, one will experience
the suffering of its venom and will continue
to pay the price of its weakness,
until one willfully excretes every bit -
pleasantly regaining the health
of the diseased soul.
Jealousy is that locust that can
alone swallow the promise of a healthy harvest.
The one that has opted to bring
within him this misery, has
chosen vengeance over peace!
Those who have laid their eyes
of envy on another's contentment
and fulfillment, will suffer the
disease of excessive hunger.
Yes! Such a one wipes the traces
of any happiness from himself,
for he will always seek unhappiness
in another's smile.

Jealousy on the part of a person ultimately results in his own ruin...
Once the organs of the body like eyes,
ears, limbs became jealous of the tongue,
saying that they make all efforts for securing food,
but the tongue enjoys this.
They stopped working and never sent any food.
Tongue is the one that tastes the food and
passes only palatable items of food inside,
which is converted by the internal organs
into energy giving blood.
The tongue does not retain it.
But for this vital part played by the tongue,
the other organs would not be able to function at all.
When the other organs became jealous of the tongue
and stopped sending food with a view to harm it,
they spelt their own ruin by such action,
as they could not function when there was no food
and consequently no supply of energy for these organs to function.
Similarly, jealousy on the part of a person ultimately results in his own ruin.

Conquer jealousy and you can conquer your sense!
Wherever there is jealousy
there will also be hatred,
and whenever hatred is visible
you will find jealousy lurking invisibly behind.
Hatred takes on a particular form.
It manifests itself in various ways.
For jealousy there is no form;
it remains hidden under the surface.
It has been said that
there is no person in the world
who does not suffer from some jealousy;
there will be at least a small tendency
towards jealousy in every person.
Conquer Jealousy and you can Conquer Anything.
To protect the
good name of your family
you must remain alert and
aware of others' needs;
this requires sense-control.
If you do not
have sense control,
you become arrogant.
One who is arrogant
and devoid of sense-control
is nothing but a demon.
If you want to practice
and protect your true self,
you have to develop sense-control.
For everything worthwhile in life,
sense-control is very important.

Jealousy....
Jealousy is the bare womb
of the unfortunate mother
that aborts the life
and delivers only the pain.
