There are many reasons why I allow them to continue planting, They are now 79 and 73.. It is definitely not for money that they need to plant and sell... They even rear few ducks and chicken for themselves and family... Then, I won't allow them to work while too hot.. they are fine, they choose the early morning or late afternoon.. But definitely I will make sure that they don't overwork or strained themselves.. If someone can find time to plant flowers, they feel that vegetables are better...
- they delight in seeing their vegetables grow and harvested
- they have something to look forward to
- they are very interested in planting organic vegetables
- they need some exercises and sweating..
- they cooperate well and work together
