We have to know that there are 3 types of body detox.. colon detox, liver detox and blood detox... Reports showed that everyone of us have at least 5 kg of toxins in our body...

3 types of detox includes

  1. colon detox
  2. liver detox
  3. blood detox
Detox is done to suit our needs.  Our body actually have our own detox system. The inner doctor in our body will response naturally as to put things right by commanding our body to vomit or to excrete fast when eaten something not suitable for us

Our body will make us feel giddy to wake up when we over-stressed ourselves or experiencing total fatigue.  Since we can't wake up, we can just allow the body to do the healing by lying down for a few days. It needs a few days to regenerate and revitalize the body.. it is natural healing...

Look at our cuts and small wounds.  It is also our body ourselves that heals them. SO TRY TO LISTEN AND ATTEND TO OUR INNER DOCTOR INSIDE US SOMETIMES.  It pays... 

Look at how our body commands us to be sleepy and when awake, we again be in full energy.

So, DETOX is only done when we have overeaten and over-stressed or polluted ourselves intentionally or unintentionally.

Symptoms of over amount of toxemia and acidosis can be felt and checked through blood or urine or many other laboratory tests.

Knowing so, we have to undergo such detox so as to put us back on our feet, healthy and energetic once more..

I used to say... TAKE A U-TURN  when necessary...
