How can one serve the Lord in others,
when the senses drag you away from that service?
How can you serve when passions
peep in, to tarnish the love that inspires that service?
Letting one's senses have their way,
by directing them on the objective world of tastes,
smells, shapes, melodies and softnesses is to fall into a bottomless pit.
The Lord of the World is engaged
in spreading bliss in this world,
you too should be engaged in the noble task
of spreading bliss around.
The control and the sublimation of the senses
is the most important and essential thing for this...
