There are 3 types of breathing... shallow breathing, lung breathing and deep abdominal breathing[below the navel]

Shallow breathing [not healthy]
- breathless and reckless
- asthma symptom
- it means difficulty in breathing
- lack of oxygen
- easily tired/sleepy
- lack of energy
- poor health
- pale and easily agitated 

Lung breathing [ just surviving]
- is normal breathing
- moderate health
- just enough of everything

Deep abdominal breathing [healthy breathing for good health]
- slow deep long breathing
- better health
- better energy
- full of life and active
- higher resistance to stress
- can relax and de-stress
-  brain gets more oxygen
- no asthma
- enhance longevity 

GO FOR DEEP ABDOMINAL BREATHING..
