Health awareness, health goals, health knowledge, health investments, health maintainance adds up to total health, be healthy in all 4 levels!

All of us have a health line... How healthy are we then? Our health goal is to achieve optimum/best health. But in this modern world, GOOD is good enough. We need to earn our health, we need to maintain it too. Holistic approach is the answer to achieving good health. We should never allow our health graph to go down the slope.

Once again, we must ensure all 4 dimensions of health be balanced and maintained... only then we will be a healthier and happier person.

At Optimum, it means that we are in perfect health.. The person is well balanced and achieving all 4 levels of health. This person lives in unpolluted conditions, with clean air, clean water, clean environment and without worries or stress. It is difficult to find any place which combines all the above conditions. Maybe if one lives high up the Himalayan and living as a yogi, his health then can be called optimum health and can live up to at least 120 years old or more.

At Good, it means the person is healthy and is not on any medication. He is not overweight nor underweight. He has no 'red marks' on his blood test and good in stamina. He looks younger and healthier than his age. He is positive and have great attitude of life, good character and at ease with his life journey. He is emotionally strong and is wise too.

At Fair, it means that person looks physically right but has 'red marks' on his blood test. He is on medication and either overweight or underweight. He cannot be stressed nor face deadlines or late nights. He has risk factors to care and living a poor life-style. His energy level is limited and can be easily tired. He gets sick easily too, not forgetting being infected/inflamed. He visits the doctor often.

At Deficiency, it means that this person needs to be hospitalized or under intense health care. He cannot work. He needs to be supervised in many ways and under medication. It means he is ill and sick. He is easily tired, stressed, depressed and having poor appetite. He is pale and fragile, poor digestion, poor assimilation, poor blood circulation. For this condition, he needs proper rest and needs time to recover.

Going into the negative end of the graph, that is death itself, premature or mature the human being has lost his last breathe and nothing else matter then... This is the last step...

Check out which position are you on this health graph. It is our own health, our own responsibilities, our own health goals...
