What is inflammation doing in our body?

Inflammation is orchestrated by means of the body’s immunity process and is defined as a collection of conditions including swelling, redness, heat and aches and pains associated with the damaged tissue or organ. This is the course of action with which our body’s white blood cells and chemicals defend us from foreign intruders and infectionincluding viruses, harmful bacteria and other damaging microorganismsAcute inflammation is the body’s healthy reaction to traumatized tissues discharging histamine, which in turn causes capillaries to expand and even rupture, in that way maximizing the flow of blood within the affected area and adjoining damaged tissues
