To sum up bone care...Our bones are replaced once every 5 years... it is a gradual process


  • eat enough natural foods that can build up our bones and nerves
  • appropriate exercise depending on age
  • sleep on good mattresses
  • sleep on a good healthy pillow that support the neck and back
  • being positive in mind and emotion
  • control weight, go for ideal BMI
  • prevent our blood being too acidic
  • eat enough never too much
  • rest enough, and not over sleep
  • follow a personalize food pyramid
  • drink enough water, good water
  • wear comfortable shoes
  • prevent strenuous exercises, go for stretching
  • go for supplements like glucosamine, double X and calcium magnesium 
  • prevent diabetes and kidney problem
  • be medicine free
  • proper sit and walk posture is a must
