Buffet breakfast in Hotel Marriot....











Food are aplenty for the thousand over distributors to enjoy and one can start their breakfast from 7am to 10am. There are more food than expected. Choose right to eat healthy! Eat smart to stay healthy!
Do you know that we should not skip breakfast? Our breakfast is the most important meal of the day.......... breakfast....to break the fast due to sleeping and resting...that is after at least 8 to 12 hours of eating nothing...... One should at least eat something between 7am to 9am. Skipping breakfast will upset our digestive system. Long skipping of breakfast will also lead to stones in the biles.
