What is there to write on this trip? Going for a trip...this is no big news, all of us can, right? Of course, there are good food, sight-seeing, long flights, time jet, excitement, new places and new people. It is another wonderful experience that I would like to share. What is there to talk on health?

How to travel light?
Most people knows how to travel light, but a pair of good walking shoe is so much recommended for walking. Not high heeled shoes with thin and sharp base. Most international airports are large and to an extend that one needs a lot of walking. Balancing is a skill when we need to walk at the same time, carrying our bag. Our bag itself should be light-weighted and easy to use and convenient to carry.
How to travel smart?
For journeys with long flights, I do recommend some preparations such as strengthening our muscles and boosting our immune system a month ahead of the schedule. What do I usually do? I will prepare myself by doing more jogging, more walking, take the full set of supplements, especially Lecithin E. Lecithin E helps so much when travelling. It lessens our fatigue-ness and we wont feel so easily tired due to lack of oxygen. Practise walking and practise deep breathing, it will definitely help a lot. Get along with a good moisturizer for cold and dry weather. It helps.
Even without going for travels, one should also be prepared!
I can share with you all, my friends... that when I go travelling, I took along my food supplements! I just eat proper and keep healthy by daily practising as usual. Unlike some who buy and prepare and bring along medicines of all sorts. Painkillers, sleeping pills and many others... Just imagine, stocking up such 'goods' in their bags!
Eat smart
I have this wonderful way of eating smart. Most of the time, the hotels we stay will provide buffet as morning breakfast. Don't start off the meal with cereals or meats. Start your meal with sipping some warm soup first, secondly a plate of vegetables[raw], followed with another plate of fruits. Another plate of cooked vegetables and don't eat too much carbohydrates. Only then you can fill your stomach with meats or fish! And if there is this desserts, eat sparingly and some fruit juice or red wine. That's all.... Believe me! YOU will experience a great improvement in your bowel system and you won't be having a bloated stomach! You will be visiting the toilet at least 3 times a day! And you will feel great!

[2] a plate of raw vegetables/salads
[3] a plate of fruits
[4] a plate of cooked vegetables
[5] some mee/bread
[6] some meats/fish
[7] sweet desserts
[8] some juice/red wine
Eat/drink well
It is advisable to eat smart and eat well. Don't gobble up everything served! It is never too wise to eat and drink until too full in the aeroplane! The lengthy flight where breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served to your seat! Just imagine! How one is just seated and food eaten while sitting on the same chair for more than 10 hours! It will cause indigestion sometimes! Eat lightly so that one will not feel bloated or tired. It is not a good time to eat to revenge! And never forget to bring along a small bottle of drinking water. I recommend Active 8 drinks and also Acelora Cherry together. It is a very convenient drink which is full of Vitamin B and C goodness. If one drink enough of these vitamin drinks, you won't get overheated or any headaches due to the sudden changes of climate and environment.
