A change of diet... needs at least from 5 to 9 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits, can we do that?

Going into a rich diet of antioxidants and a lot of fiber is a smart thing to do...... But can we eat that much? Have we that amount of time to prepare those foods?

9 servings of organically planted vegetables a day with 3 servings of fruits too. Let's try to eat them on empty stomach, well, this is for sure a cancer-preventing diet. But who is eating and doing it RIGHT?

9 is replacing the 5 servings for vegetables.... because our environmental pollution is getting worst! Clean air, water and environment is getting scarer and scarer......

This is one of the best preventive measure to put cancer at bay, from eating at least 9 servings of fresh vegetables and 3 servings of fruits... Just go and buy them, start NOW! Don't wait!
