when one is not able to rise above the pain.
Hence, suffering, too, is simply the state
of a weak mind that gives up faith in the power of its inner will.

can drive whatever the road conditions.
Those that fear change will only halt
and delay their arrival to their final destination.


Do not imprison yourself, anymore.
Release yourself from petty and small thinking.
Control the mind's stresses, and the problem
that lies before you will become easier to handle,
overcome and endure.
