Tell you a joke....How are you going to store all these fruits and veges inside your fridge?



How are you going to store all these fruits and vegetables? Buy a big fridge? Yes, she did, it was no joke! And she had headache in purchasing the correct food.....


My partner and I always give training courses on health topics. We always emphasize on preventive measures and eating natural fresh foods, 5 to 9 servings of vegetables and 3 to 5 servings of fruits. When we cannot achieve such amount of vegetables and fruits, we recommend eating some branded and trusted organic food supplements like Nutrilite.


So, it happens that there was a lady who thought that she wanted to go organic by eating freshly bought foods. Yes, she invested a big refrigerator and bought all the required vegetables and fruits and stored them inside the fridge.


Please take into consideration on the following tips...
[1] refrigerated vegetables and fruits kept inside a fridge is not considered fresh enough.. Refridgeration will lead to nutrient loss and drain...

[2] 9 servings of vegetables and 5 servings of fruits is a great amount for a lady to eat, a complete food course will get her stomach bloated!

[3] the way the fresh foods are prepared..... skinning? peeling? cooking? steaming? blanching? or to eat them raw or semi-raw?

[4] eating great food like 9 servings of vegetables and 5 servings of fruits is easy for the first few weeks.... but soon one will shudder at the same food we munch everyday at its raw state!

[5] how safe are all those vegetables and fruits? are they organically planted? Are there any pesticides left on their leaves and skin?


I congratulate this lady for being health conscious enough, but I have tried that before.... I have tried to eat as 'natural' foods as possible but gave up eventually because of the difficulty of preparing and buying and maintaining the freshness of foods.... this is the truth.... I still do but couldn't go to such 100% of obtaining sufficient, fresh, organic, natural and nutritious foods.. It's a task!


Taking food supplements might not be the best choice, but it is a choice best made! At least it can fill in the gap of deficiencies and balancing our diet with the necessary vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients for basic survival.


What about our ability to fight against free radicals? What about our ability to fight stress? What about our ability to fight against bacteria and viruses? What about our ability to detoxify? What about our ability to neutralize our blood's acidosis and toxemia?


Where can we get the necessary food or 'raw materials' to have all the above abilities? All of us should go for natural foods like consuming 5 coloured vegetables, 5 coloured fruits and 5 coloured nuts or beans.... Try to eat as much as possible, try to snack on some vege or fruits, try to eat as much organic vegetables and fruits.... go for preventive measures, JUST DO IT!
