Go for a combination of 5 or more colored vege, fruits and beans...

Mother Nature has richly endowed us with different colors of vegetables, fruits and beans to provide us with varied and essential nutrients.

To cook or make a salad with [1] purple cabbage [2] orange tomatoes/carrots [3] white cauliflower/bean sprouts [4] red capsicum [5] green broccoli will be more nutritious than to cook with only one type.

To boil a bean soup with [1] black beans [2] soya beans [3] red beans [4] green beans [5] white beans will be surprisely delicious and nutritious to consume once a fortnight/month!

To eat a plate of fruits of [1] water melon [2] papaya [3] pineapples [4] sweet melon [5] white/red-meat dragonfruit will be a delightful treat!
