Why should we chew and chew? Take your time while eating! Not to just throw the food into our mouth and swallow.....just like that! Our set of teeth is one of the best 'juicer'. Fruits or vegetables that contains fiber are being mixed with our saliva to start off the first step of proper digestion.
The wrong steps will create a small problem... BUT the small problem will become a bigger problem if left unheeded!
